Hx2 Development and JLL Announce The New Phase of A Mixed- Use Development

Hx2 Development and JLL announced the new phase of a mixed-use development in Trenton, New Jersey.

The Roebling Center will house five-building community offices, residential lofts, and amenities on the grounds of the historic Roebling wireworks.

Building 114 will be a dedicated 100,000-square-foot facility for the life sciences and pharma manufacturing sectors, with the architectural core and shell serviceable for tenants to move-in within six months of signing the lease. 

The facility also features a building roof suitable for solar PV, ceiling heights from 18-to-24 ft. with 75 ft. column spacing, and windows and skylights throughout the interior roofing to provide ventilation and100,000-square-feet of space for natural light.

The development is situated in the Chambersburg neighborhood boasting an array of boutiques, restaurants, markets, and grocery stores.

The property is also surrounded by bicycle and pedestrian paths and minutes and is conveniently located to accommodate commuters arriving via car and rail.
