H.E.L Group Relocates Headquarters

H.E.L Group (H.E.L), a laboratory tools developer and manufacturer, announced the relocation of its Greater London global headquarters from Borehamwood to Hemel Hempstead.

Managed by interim operational director, Damian Slater, the move will take place over the summer of 2023 and will aid the company’s expansion and growth.

The new site is projected to accommodate up to 70 percent of greater production capacity and staff growth.

The newly refurbished 16,000 sq ft headquarters will be located on the Centro Trading Estate and will be home to a customer application training lab, office spaces, and meeting rooms.

In addition, sustainability is a core focus of the development, garnering an EPC rating of A.

The facility will be fitted with an electric VRF system, electric vehicle charging stations, LED lighting, and rooftop PV solar panels, set to generate roughly 60,000 kWh of solar energy and save approximately 14 tCO2 per year.
